Shipping & Returns
What are your shipping policies?
We currently ship inside the United States in order to keep our carbon footprint low. Standard shipping rates are 9.50 with UPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery as we are a small business.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carriers website to trace your order. We also list your tracking number with your order detail.
What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with the product simply send an email within 3 days of delivery explaining the problem and we will work with you to work out the problem.
Not all items are returnable. Only Austin Nature Works items may be returned at this time.
If it is agreed a return is possible, the returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. The customer is responsible for the returned shipping cost. Return within 7 days of delivery.
If the product is still in good condition, we will issue a full refund, minus initial shipping costs, once the product has been returned.
For items received as gifts, store credit will be issued to the recipient for the value of the returned item.
Sale and clearance items are eligible for store credit only.
Please note that it can take up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly credit card.
Store credit will be given via email.
How do I return a product?
To return any items please pack the item and include the original packing slip. The returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. The customer is responsible for the returned shipping cost. Please send the item to the following address within 7 days of delivery.

Cancelling an order?
We understand that sometimes life happens, if you would like to cancel your order please do so within 3hrs of purchase.
What if I made a mistake on my shipping address?
Please notify us immediately stating the mistake and the correct address. We will do our best to make the change.
